Zollerz Group is the business name used for this website by Alexey Skryabin, who is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@zollerz.com. Contracting and mandatory business details are supplied in writing before a paid engagement.
Business enquiries
When a visitor submits the contact form, the website processes the name, work email, company, country or market, selected conversation path, product category, optional company website and the message entered. Required fields are marked in the form. Without them, Zollerz Group cannot reliably assess or answer the enquiry.
The form sends the information to a server-side contact endpoint hosted with the website. After validation, the endpoint transfers the enquiry to a restricted Google Apps Script web application. The application records one row in a private Google Sheet and sends an internal notification to the Zollerz Group Google mailbox. The visitor does not need a Google account and does not receive an automated marketing email.
Technical request data
Vercel and network providers may process request and security information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, time, requested URL, response status, browser or device information and security signals. A short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit key may be used to reduce automated form abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry data is used to review the request, assess fit, reply and take steps requested before a possible agreement. This processing relies on steps requested before entering a contract where applicable and on legitimate interests in handling relevant B2B correspondence. Technical request data is processed for the legitimate interests of operating, securing and diagnosing the website. Optional audience analytics is used only after consent.
Recipients and service providers
Personal data is available only where needed to operate the site and handle the enquiry. Relevant recipients may include Zollerz Group, Vercel as hosting, serverless infrastructure and anonymous web-analytics provider, Google as the provider of Apps Script, Sheets and the receiving mailbox, and Cloudflare for DNS and network services. Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica receives audience data only if a production identifier is active and the visitor allows analytics.
International processing
Some infrastructure, email or analytics providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where European data-transfer rules apply, processing should rely on an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism provided by the relevant service provider.
Optional analytics and consent
Vercel Web Analytics may collect anonymised page-view and device-level technical data without cookies or cross-site tracking. It is used to understand aggregate site use and diagnose performance; it does not record form-field contents.
Optional audience analytics is blocked by default. If at least one analytics provider is configured, the site displays a consent panel and a working “Analytics settings” control. Selecting “Allow analytics” permits the configured Google Analytics 4 and/or Yandex Metrica scripts to load. Continuing without analytics keeps those scripts blocked.
The analytics configuration is limited to audience and enquiry-path measurement. It does not enable advertising pixels, personalised advertising, Google Signals, Yandex Session Replay, click maps, or recording of form fields. The site may send page address, referrer, browser and device information, approximate location derived by the provider, and named interactions such as CTA clicks or successful enquiry submission.
The visitor's choice is stored locally in the browser under zollerz_analytics_consent_v1. The choice can be changed through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further site-triggered analytics and removes common first-party analytics cookies where the browser permits it.
Retention
Business enquiries that do not become an engagement are normally kept in the private enquiry sheet and related correspondence for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim, abuse prevention or another applicable obligation. Records connected to an engagement may be kept for the periods required by commercial, tax, accounting and limitation rules. Infrastructure providers keep technical logs according to their configured security and retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of their personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where relevant. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
A person may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country of habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
Automated decisions
Zollerz Group does not use website enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect website enquiries, including server-side validation, a non-public integration secret and access controls on the Google account and enquiry sheet. No internet transmission or online storage can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may be updated when the site's data flow, providers or legal obligations change; the date above identifies the current version.
